As delegated in my absence, craft was at my house last night. Alice had prepared an octagon penny slider card to demonstrate and Jeanette and I were delighted with the results. It took us ages.......as it need loads of foam tape and edges cut with such precision. Usually my first attempt takes ages, and then I adapt and find shortcuts to achieve the same result. This one however might be tricky as placing sticky pads is the longest part of the assembly.

I will not be daunted so...if I find a short cut I will let you know.
Ann wasn't with us last night as she is suffering from a chest infection so we hope she will be able to join us next time.

Next craft night we will make something new. Don't ask me what I will demonstrate as I have...... no idea. LOL
Thank you to everyone who gives us such encouragement. It really is appreciated.

I hope Ann is getting better. These do look complicated, but turned out very pretty. :)
She is on the mend, thanks for your greetings.
The card takes quite a while, since it needs two layers of foam tape to raise the roller up to run easily...tricky.
