Alices comments about her bathroom floor being covered in glitter was not an exaggeration. What she didn't mention was that our black trousers, and the carpet were also sparkling. Well we were glitter stencilling cards after all.
Recently, I was comparing some of my stamps . I was so pleased with the four sets of popcorn stamps I bought as they are so cute, and just as pretty as the dandelion range.However, I was disappointed that the popcorn stamps were uncut which is time consuming, and also had to be mounted on to a block. I have not been very successful attaching stamps to blocks and would value some tips so that I may actually be able to use the popcorn range.
In the meantime I shall continue to enjoy the Daisy Dandelion range. They peel off beautifully and are easy to use and just cling to the block. They are always almost clean after I have stamped with them. When I am finished stamping they just need a wipe and placed back on to the sheet which is marked for each character. I am hoping to buy some Christmas ones at the Hobbycrafts show at the SEC in Glasgow..........plus a few other items that will no doubt catch my eye.
We are also planning to meet Phyllis from Create and Craft and buy the new Mandala board that we have been waiting patiently for. We might even manage a demo at some point if we can find time to practise.
